In Mont Blanc country: 150m2 duplex gîte on the 1st and 2nd floors of a large working chalet-style farmhouse that also includes the owners' accommodation.

Quiet, country setting. Each bedroom has a view of Mont Blanc and a private bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

Private entrance to the gîte via an outside staircase (on the farm side).

1st floor: ski room, utility room, bedroom 1 (2 twin beds 90x200cm, 2 bunk beds 90x200cm, TV), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm, TV), bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm, TV), bedroom 4 (1 bed 160x200cm, TV + mezzanine with access by steep staircase: 2 bunk beds 90x200cm + 2 extra beds 90cm).

2nd floor: living room with integrated kitchen area opening onto dining area and sitting area (wood-burning stove, TV, sofa).

Balcony on 2nd floor facing Mont Blanc with 2 small tables. Wifi internet access. Underfloor heating (electric).

Bed linen included (beds made on arrival). Parking below the farm.

The owners, who are farmers, will be delighted to share their work with you (on-site farm with Abondance dairy cows).

The cows are present during the autumn/winter period, and are in the mountain pastures the rest of the year.

Activities: Skiing in Combloux, 1.5km from the Bouchet ski lift (link with the Jaillet/Megève ski area). Combloux ski area 3.5km away (Cry Cuchet). Princesse cable car 3.8km away (Megève/Saint-Gervais ski area).
