"2/10 — Not suitable for a family stay
The staff were polite and tried to help, so this review is not about the employees. I understand that they are not responsible for the condition or management of the property.
Unfortunately, the hotel itself was not in a condition I consider acceptable for a family stay. The property is undergoing renovations, and we were informed that bathrooms/WCs were not available as expected. There was also no Wi-Fi available at the hotel, despite Expedia listing free...

"Sandringham was the hostess with the 'mostest.' She offered us her pool right away, and it was super. She provided a great evening meal + breakfast.
Our room was more than adequate.
The property was gated securely.
