    Come and enjoy a relaxing vacation in La Pendolera, a beautiful and very cozy vacation villa with pool near Comares, perhaps the most beautiful village of the Axarquia, declared 'Pueblo Magico' d'España. The new owners Karin and Ralf, have made this well known and popular vacation home even more beautiful with larger beds, new furniture, more modern accents and completely new kitchen accessories. La Pendolera is exceptionally beautifully situated in the Alqueria, 1.5 km from Comares, where, in addition to its beautiful surroundings, you can also enjoy a microclimate: due to its unique location on the mountainside overlooking the sea, temperatures here are exceptionally mild even in winter. Witness the many tropical fruits that grow here. Nature is simply beautiful and you can make beautiful walks, even in the immediate vicinity of the house. Fantastically located, cozy and private family villa (6p) with pool, BBQ, WIFI. Beautiful surroundings near the white village of Comares.

    La Pendolera has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite with large walk-in shower and the other with bathtub/shower), a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, fireplace and smart TV. A washing machine is available to guests and there is free WIFI throughout the house. All windows have screens and shutters. There is air conditioning on a "pay as you use" basis. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer combination, extractor, dishwasher and all utensils. Pets are allowed but only after consultation.

    The favorite spot of most guests is the outdoor area with pool and covered dining area with BBQ. The mild climate and the covered terrace allow you to enjoy the outdoors practically all year round. There is outdoor furniture, sun loungers and umbrellas. The whole house is walled and thus child and pet friendly and there is outdoor lighting. Most of the garden offers complete privacy. There is a lockable parking space for 2 cars at the house.

    Free crib and high chair available to our guests. In our rental prices everything is included, water, electricity, WIFI, gas, final cleaning and use of linen. EXCEPT for reduced prices for monthly rentals (min. 28 nights) out of season, the consumption of electricity and gas is NOT included. The meter will be read with you on arrival and departure. We charge 1 gas bottle per month. Air conditioning wakes up with a coin system. Pets can only be allowed after consultation and an additional lodging fee must be paid for them. Our television is a smart TV.

    La Pendolera is exceptionally beautifully situated in the Alqueria, 1.5 km from Comares. In addition to its beautiful surroundings, you can also enjoy a microclimate. Due to its unique location against the mountainside facing the sea, temperatures here are exceptionally mild even in winter. Witness the many tropical fruits that grow here. Therefore, every year many winter visitors choose to stay here for a few months. Nature is simply beautiful here and you can make very nice walks, also in the immediate vicinity of the house. Comares, sometimes called "Pearl of the Axarquia", is a typical whitewashed Andalusian village that has a lot to offer. Everything here breathes history and if you follow the ceramic footsteps through the narrow streets and alleys, you will discover the Moorish past. The inhabitants are extremely friendly and love to meet foreigners. In terms of gastronomy, you don't have to miss anything either. Come and enjoy Andalusian specialties and hospitality in one of the bars and restaurants. Do you prefer to cook yourself? No problem at all. In Comares you will find a village supermarket, a bakery (bread baked in a wood-fired oven!) and, in addition, you can have meat, fish, bread and vegetables delivered to your home at La Pendolera if you wish. There are a pharmacy, banks and an ATM in the village. A doctor is present almost every morning. Comares also has a lot to offer active guests. In the immediate vicinity you can go hiking, mountain biking, cycling and even rock climbing. The largest Tiroliña in Spain with several vias ferratas and the possibility of sliding along long cables to the overlying mountain is located just outside the village. There is a FREE PADEL BAAN for those who like to play ball. The view from the village square in Comares which is 730 meters above sea level is truly breathtaking. On one side lies the vast Sierra Tejeda and on the other side you can see across the mountains to the Mediterranean Sea. La Pendolera is the ideal base for day trips to Malaga, Granada (Alhambra), Cordoba (Mezquita), Ronda or the famous Caminito del Rey in Ardales. The multi-awarded beach of Torre del Mar is only 30km from the house. You can eat crackling fresh fish in one of the beach restaurants and then relax by the water. Half an hour's drive and you are in the commercial center of Velez-Malaga with supermarkets and a shopping center. And there is so much more to discover!What better way to do this than from La Pendolera, your own vacation paradise in the unspoiled interior of Andalusia?Away from the beaten tourist trails, here you can find peace and quiet and get to know the typical Spain.
