Two further upstairs bedrooms one with a double bed and one which can either be 2 x singles or 1 king bed (please specify at the time of booking).

The separate snug with corner sofa can be used as a break-away area for older children and teens. It has a large TV and an X-Box.



9. Accessibility: Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor. There is step-free access to the property (to the right of the main entrance steps) and a threshold ramp is provided for entering the property. A shower chair is also be provided for use in the ground floor shower.

The Neighborhood:

Small is beautiful in this charming seaside town located between big brothers Llandudno and Colwyn Bay.



If only all seaside towns could be like this - neat, pristine and peaceful. The long seafront walkway from Colwyn Bay takes in Rhos-on-Sea’s breakwater, where a little harbour has an atmosphere reminiscent of a West Wales coastal village.

The bay seafront has recently had a stunning £20m facelift and an upgraded sand beach nearly 3 miles long



Getting Around:

Nearest Train Station is Colwyn Bay. There is ample parking at the house for 3 cars



Other Things to Note:

The property has a summer house in the garden an ideal place to keep the children amused no matter what the weather.



The property has ramp access to the front door, we also have a small ramp for wheelchair access through the front door.
