Awel Fryn - Three Bedroom Cottage, Sleeps 6

Awel Fryn is an excellent base for your next stay in North Wales. The house sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin), there is a ground-floor bathroom (bath with shower over) and an additional shower room on the first floor. An enclosed rear garden with patio seating, a small, decked area and an environmentally friendly meadow-style lawn offer some sea views and a lovely spot to relax after a day at the beach or visiting the many castles and National Trust properties. There are also sea views from the lounge and both double rooms.   The house has off-road parking for two cars. Central heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels are included in the rental. Please note that this is a no-smoking property, and Sorry, No Pets are allowed.  Old Colwyn and Colwyn Bay were originally bustling Victorian seaside resorts, quieter now, but with a fabulously renovated shoreline, long promenade and wide sandy beach and home to the popular concert and sporting venue Stadiwm CSM at Eirias Park. This is a lovely base for your next holiday Less than a mile from the beach, local shop, pub and Eirias Park, and easy access to the A55 coast road, which places the whole North Wales coastline and Anglesey within a short drive. Inland, Mt Snowdon and the Eryri National Park are less than 30 miles away. History, culture and adventure wait around every corner
