The Lucky 7's Inn-5 Beds

Summary:

A quiet, clean, peaceful retreat in Columbus Ohio, the Lucky 7's Inn is ready for your group to enjoy while in Columbus. Our 3 Bedroom house is spacious and has 5 queen beds. It is in a great location, and is overlooking a park. Our house has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the main level, 1 bedroom upstairs (with a very low ceiling), and 2 other room in the basement with queen beds. The back porch is great for relaxing!



The Space:

Our house is great as a 2 - 3 bedroom, but guests can also use extra beds if needed. There are 2 nice bedrooms on the main floor, with a full bathroom. This is great for any of our guests with mobility issues, there are just 4 steps to get in the front door/back porch.



On the 2nd floor there is a bedroom with lots of space, but a very low ceiling. It also has its own AC window unit for summer.



Our main floor also has a kitchen, living room and eating area in living room. Our driveway is large enough for 2 cars back to back. Our garage is not available for guests to use.



Guest Access:

Guests have access exclusively to the entire property except for the garage. The garage is used by our hosting team to store furniture, and occasionally we will stop by and get something from the garage. We will not need inside ever, nor will we disrupt your stay without notifying you first we are coming. Thank you!



Other Things to Note:

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).



PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:



$35 (Less than 5 nights)

$50 (5 - 30 nights)

$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
