"Hotel is loud - Thin wall steel construction - every time a room door shut we heard a loud bang that echoed throughout. I'm a BonVoy rewards member and I did not like that we were put in one hallway with dog owners; heard dogs barking every night we stayed there."

We were in the restaurant three hours.. food was OK nothing I would rave about. Air-conditioning thermostat did not properly work. It would get cold and then it would be hot before it would come back on five or more degrees difference in the temperature...

"Poorly maintained, broken ice machines, broken pool, limited gym equipment. First room they gave me smelled lime urine (pet friendly hotel, maybe pet accident). Wont be staying here again"
