The kitchen comes stocked with cookware, dishes, coffee maker, ect., and the dining area offers plenty of room for shared meals.. Step outside to a private yard, great for morning coffee or evening downtime. An attached garage provides secure, convenient parking.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, the attached garage, and the private yard.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Reynoldsburg — proudly known as the Birthplace of the Tomato — this quiet residential neighborhood puts you close to local parks, shopping, and dining, with easy access to downtown Columbus. Nearby schools include Slate Ridge Elementary and Hannah J. Ashton Middle School, reflecting the family-friendly feel of the area.



Getting Around:

The home is a short drive from Reynoldsburg's main shopping and dining corridors along East Main Street, and Columbus's downtown core, John Glenn Columbus International Airport, and Easton Town Center are all easily reachable by car. Having your own vehicle is recommended, as street parking and rideshare availability are limited in this residential area.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).



PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:



$35 (Less than 5 nights)

$50 (5 - 30 nights)

$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
