"We had a great time during our family 4th of July escape. The house was great. Had awesome adventures golfing, exploring Chimney Rock State Park and getting into downtown Asheville once. We cooked in the very well stocked kitchen. We can only imagine how awesome it will be when Lake Lure is back in action with swimming and boating options. Hoping the area recovers fully from the devastation of Helene. "

"We had a lovely time! The weather was beautiful, warm and a little rainy at first but on the day we left it was 64*, so we got to experience many facets of lake life. The house is perfect for a family with grown children and a teenager. Everyone got to spread out but we mostly gathered in the dining room with its big table and beautiful views of the lake. We are required to message the host for check in instructions even though there is an email that goes out three days before check in but they are super quick to respond and so kind.
