Clean place!! Would definitely stay again. Too many air fresheners which caused headaches but we unplugged them when we got there. Counted 8 plug ins in a tiny townhome. Other than that perfect place for someone who wants quiet but close to campus

Good Morning, here is my review/experience with this host…. Trip from 9/9/25-9/12/25. 4 days/3 nights.Getting there was a bit of a challenge as the GPS kept taking us away from the home even though we used the address that was given by the host. And if you just click the link in the posting that is located on the host’s page, it took you to a totally different location (not on Montgomery Ave.) Keep in mind, the host, Giovanni Mullen, would NEVER answer his phone, and will only text after many attempts of trying to reach him. After we finally figured out how to navigate to the location with the help of a stranger telling us to go the opposite way of what the GPS was telling us, we finally made it to the destination 38 additional mins. later. Mind you we are not from S.C.. The property was decent, outside of dusty blinds and bed frames protruding from bed that we hit our ankles on.On the morning of the 9/10/25 we received a message stating someone would be coming in to inspect the premises and we needed to secure our property. They will be given the code to the door (which by the way, was our last 4 digits of my phone number, to enter. If we do not answer the door, these inspectors will gain entry to the property. No specific time was given, just that they will be coming and we needed to give them access. Why are you attempting to handle business matters with a property that you rented out to guests already? Door was left open upon departure of inspector. Just horrible!

The location was great and check-in was easy. Parking was easy and it was a nice neighborhood. It was only 10 min from Fort Jackson, which met our needs for a son’s basic graduation. We appreciated the water bottles in the fridge very much. Thank you. Although we felt that the unit was pretty clean; I noticed that the bathroom baseboards were quite dirty with hair and such. Yuk! A quick discussion with the cleaning crew can remedy that for future guests though. We would stay again if ever the need arrives. Although we never cooked in the unit, it looked well stocked with supplies.

Ft Jackson Graduation

This was the perfect location and the place was perfect. It had everything we needed for our stay. Quiet neighborhood, very clean!! Host was very responsive. Wld definitely stay here again!!

Amazing experience

Military family

Came in for my son's Basic training graduation at Fort Jackson. This is a great place to stay for family day and graduation. It is close and easy drive to Fort Jackson. House is very clean. Would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful home

Such a lovely property! Very clean. All the amenities of home. We went down for army graduation. We were able to use the park next door to entertain the kiddos and enjoyed a walk around the neighborhood. All the neighbors were very friendly as well!

First and best experience

I loved everything about this place! It was in a great area and only about 10 minutes away from the Fort Jackson base. The host was very attentive and available whenever I contacted them. I would 100% come back here.

USC Family weekend

This house was the perfect setup for my husband and I and my parents to stay while visiting our student for family weekend. Convenient to the campus, stadium and grocery stores/restaurants. Very well equipped and spacious. Great communication too!

Bring ear plugs! Unit is located feet from a busy, noisy road And a ball field! Very thin walls! Beds very uncomfortable, unit was cute and clean.

Perfect spot

This place was in great condition, clean, quiet, and extra nice. We met the owner the day we came and he was friendly and helpful. This was the perfect spot for our son to come and stay before he started school and move into his house.

Thank you so much for the hospitality! It was a very pleasant stay, quiet neighborhood, and check in process was superb. Definitely recommend staying at this location. Depending on the direction you’re coming from, which ever way the gps take, go in the opposite direction when trying to find the location.

Perfect Comfortable Location

Reserved this stay for my son's military graduation and the location is not only perfect but the place is beautiful, clean, comfortable and also had a great host. Provide precise instruction for check in and check out. Always available with prompt response as needed. So glad we decide to stay here instead of a hotel. 5 stars
