The apartment has a California king bed, a large closet, and an appointed shower and bathtub with plush towels!

The outside area features ambiance lighting as well as a seating area and a BBQ for you to use!

As you walk into the home you will see a large seating area with a 55-inch tv for you to enjoy while relaxing. There are plenty of pillows and blankets for you to use if you get cold.

The kitchen comes well-appointed with spices, pots, pans, and even a blender, which is perfect if you plan on cooking a small snack or a full meal!

There are entry doors in the front and rear of the unit that has smart locks. Before you arrive you will be sent a one-time code that will only be active for your stay. Please enter the code and tap the yale logo button.

There is plenty of parking in the rear of the building behind the outside seating area.

Please note that the standard check-out time is 11 AM. If guests fail to check out by the designated time, a late check-out fee of $100 will be applied.
