"First just let me say this, Lamar and Lisa are incredibly nice and helpful, they greeted us when we arrived and gave us a tour. This house is beautiful, and it's huge and absolutely spotless. It was so quiet and peaceful, we enjoyed sitting out on the wrap around deck in the evening. Lamar has had the yard treated for mosquitoes, I can honestly say we weren't bothered by one single bug.There aren't chairs on the deck, so if that's your thing definitely brings chairs. We definitely want to go...

"I was in Hattiesburg for my two children’s graduation from USM. The house was termite infested. The floor was falling in due to the termites. The backyard was very grown over filled with bugs. The garage door would not open. The house had a terrible smell. I could go on and on. The big disappointment was THE PROPERTY HOST. I was called a liar and constantly harassed by property host and the neighbor Van Lewis! Do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER RENTING THIS HOUSE!"
