The space
Deer Meadow is a 4 bed 2 1/2 bath house located in a great neighborhood. The first thing you will notice as you walk up to the home is the charming covered front porch. There’s a theatre room upstairs.

The great open floor plan leads you into the bright and airy kitchen and dining area that boasts the same wood flooring, a large bay window and a walk-out to the patio and backyard!, The kitchen has all new appliances, a breakfast bar, and plenty of cabinet and counter space - a room you and your family will absolutely enjoy!

The wood flooring continues throughout the hallway on the main level that leads to 4 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs. There is also a laundry/mud room conveniently located on the upstairs level!

The house is 4/20 friendly but all smoking must be done on front or back patio areas. Otherwise there’s a $500 charge.
