Guest Access: 🔑 Guests have full access to the ground-level apartment Unit #B, including the living and sleeping area, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. You'll also have access to your own private patio with a fire pit and seating—perfect for relaxing outdoors. The backyard is shared only with the upstairs unit in the duplex. Two clearly marked parking spots are included: one inside the garage and one directly behind it. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help!

💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
