Sunset Pines Cabin - breathtaking views w/hot tub

This property is located on over 6 acres, nestled in a wooded oasis. Plenty of privacy with amazing 180 degrees views on the wrap around deck. It has many wonderful features including: a NEW 2024 Hot Tub and private pond. This quaint cabin offers 1 bedroom with a NEW 2024 queen bed, loft with 2 twin beds. Plus a pull out couch. Sit down and enjoy playing games with the family, or reading by the wood burning fireplace! Plenty of outdoor activities including playing games, exploring, or visiting the local attractions. The sunset pines cabin is located just 20-30 minutes from Woodland Park, Lake George, and paradise cove. Just 30-45 min from Cave of the Winds and/or Seven Falls.

This was a perfect 2 night staycation for my wife and I. What info I would send to the next party staying here: - Bring plenty of firewood for the indoor wood burning fireplace. About 4-5 already prepped bundles for 2 nights is ideal - in my opinion. Don’t forget the kindling. (We left some kindling there and a new lighter for the next party.)- This is a perfect, private place for a couples getaway. We are sure our 3 kids and dog would have loved this too.- It has a handful of seasonings in the pantry and the coffee pods provided for the Keurig was much appreciated. - I’m glad we brought our robes and house slippers for those cooler mornings. - Stargazing from the warmth of the hot tub was AMAZING! - We wish the shower pressure was a little stronger, but that could just be our personal preference. - We brought plenty of food to cook and the kitchen was stocked for cooking.- The host was great! The house was great! The bed was comfortable! The views were beautiful! The hot tub was awesome! We highly recommend staying here!

This is the perfect little getaway cabin. We spent Christmas here, just my two kids and I. They had a little Christmas tree set up for us. I loved that! We didn’t get any snow, until the day we left. But that’s okay! Was just a weird year as far as weather. We used the hot tub almost every night, and it was amazing! Got the fire going almost every day/night as well. I didn’t get to write in the guest book, because I didn’t have a pen and couldn’t find one… But if I could write in it, I would tell how much we enjoyed the cabin 12/24- 12/28 we will always cherish our memories made there. My van unfortunately had issues before we left, so I didn’t get to bring my dog. We didn’t have room in the rental car, so he stayed back with my parents. But I love that it’s dog friendly!

We absolutely loved the wrap around porch and hot tub. The hot tube worked perfectly! The privacy of the cabin was ideal for a getaway. The new bed was absolutely perfect! The most comfortable bed we've slept on away from home in a long, long time.

Our stay at Sunset Pines Cabin was wonderful. We checked in Saturday and checked out Tuesday and didn’t see another person the whole time. We enjoyed the selection of movies and used the full kitchen to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. Our dog loved roaming the property while we sat on the wrap around porch all day. The hot tub was also amazing. This property is definitely in the “wild” we saw a few deer and came across some bear scat while hiking. Overall, we had a beautiful stay and can’t wait to come back!

Great cabin 5 star potential

Absolutely beautiful place. Definitely has 5 star potential. Here’s why it’s a 4 star for us. Although we would definitely be interested in staying here again. Pros:Views- absolutely stunning Location- perfect. Away from it all but still get to where you want in minimal time. Wildlife- wow. Saw bears, deer, fox and more. Communication- host is very easy to communicate with and very attentive and quick to respond. Cons:The little things- shampoo dispenser empty, coffeeCreamer rack dirty (was missed by cleaning crew), could use better towels. AC had issues while there. Host was very attentive to the problem, tried to fix the issue and gave a partial refund for the final night. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying there. We used the hot tub a couple of nights, which was great with a cool air. We would definitely look at staying at this property again.

We had the most amazing time in our short trip. We got to see wildlife right outside the deck area, the views are absolutely stunning & so peaceful. We haven’t been able to get away as a family in a couple of years and this stay was much needed and our boys both loved the cabin too, the minimal cell service was a PLUS also!

Just What I Wanted

I had a picture in my mind of the view, the home, the porch and the feel...ticked all the boxes. It was big enough, comfy, cozy and felt like a home away from home. Not to mention the view and the grounds. Wow!! The morning coffee and resting after adventures on the wrap around porch were so delightful, breathtaking and calm. Morning hellos with the deer and wandering around the property with our pup were my favorites. We will be back!!

Perfect stay

Spent a couple of incredible quiet days here. Property was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for single, couple, or family. Best part is the views and the peace and quiet surrounding this cabin. Very highly recommend and plan to be back soon!
