Inside is a queen bedroom, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed and an electric fireplace, a real kitchen with a dishwasher and Keurig, and a desk on wired ethernet that makes it a home for a weekend or a month.

Honest notes: it is an older building, so floors and bed frames creak and the shower takes a moment to settle. Cooling is a window AC unit plus portable and ceiling fans, not central air. The window unit works but runs loud, so switch it on when you arrive. Heat is central. No laundry in the unit, though a laundromat is on the block. Free parking on site. Quiet hours 10 PM.
