We enjoyed our stay here. It was comfortable, close to the things we needed, and had plenty of room for all of us. The kids loved the foosball table and it was nice to have the garage space when it rained. Thank you!

Highly recommend this home! As someone who used to manage a property on VRBO, my family really appreciated the care the owners and property managers provide to make the home comfortable. It was very clean and well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The guest information and area recommendations were so helpful. Communications pre and post check in were excellent.

We had a great time and loved staying at the property. We had a problem with the door code not working but they were super responsive and it took just a few minutes to get a key to use.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The hosts reached out and asked if we needed anything and made sure we were good. Garden of the Gods was in close proximity which was ideal and we also liked going to Red Leg and Ivywild. Great location and place overall!

We loved the stay in Manitou Springs and our stay in our condo. We plan on going back and thank you very much to the host for all the information regarding the condo, the area, and keeping us informed about the weather storm. We recommend this condo to anyone that is planning a visit to Manitou Springs and look forward to our next stay again.

Property shows a bit of wear, but is comfortable and has everything you might need. The area is quiet and yet still walkable to downtown Manitou and a short drive to everything worse in the area.

5-10 minutes to so many area attractions. Close to main downtown area that has so much character. Host and cleaners made themselves known to be available though I never needed to contact them about anything. Condo was clean and in good repair. Might suggest new mattresses soon however would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

The description said Mountain View, and there was none. The hammock in the back yard faced a fence. Back yard area had trash. The house itself was dirty, and not well kept. Floors were dirty.

We were there for four nights, and the place is a solid option for drivable convenience to all the things. Most people probably would not consider it walkable and there aren’t really any nice views of the stunning surroundings. The only other thing that might bother people that are used to the quiet is that the highway noise is quite prevalent. The beds were fairly comfortable, and everything seemed clean, except for a couple of dishes (which I’m sure renters put back and the cleaner never even saw) And the upstairs deck area, which we used extensively, did not seem like it had been cleaned very recently. Although, in fairness, pollen and sticks are falling almost constantly, so it might be impossible to keep that space clean. We had communication prior to our arrival from manager, who was also immediately helpful when we couldn’t figure out which helix entry we were supposed to be using. We also had a check in from the owners about a day into our stay and we appreciated the communication. We were two girlfriends who don’t mind sharing a bathroom, but I think it would be awkward if it were two couples. The other full bathroom is clear in the basement, although there is a powder room on the main floor as well. Just something to consider certainly not a dealbreaker. There’s really no outdoor space for children so although the unit is set up with bunkbeds and extra sleeping in the basement, you would not be able to let littles run around much. Overall, a very decent choice.

Overall very satisfied with my stay. The space felt welcoming and safe. The pillows could be slightly better but the rooms were comfortable outside of that. It was a great space to hang out with old college friends and catch up.

We had a wonderful time in Manitou Springs. The condo was everything advertised. Loved the three levels. So much room and plenty of privacy when you wanted it. Great location with quick access everywhere. The pictures are true to the condo. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back some day.

great location and clean. bed in master was comfortable. bunk bed downstairs needs adjusting, noisy. the only reason i gave this property 3 stars is because of EVOLVE PROPERTY MANAGENT who tried to price guage me for almost $800 FOR ONE NIGHT WHEN I CONTACTED THEM TO ADD ONE NIGHT TO MY RESERVATION so we had to find another place for that night. SHAME ON THEM!!
