Loft Apartment Manitou

Located in Historic downtown Manitou Springs. This unique property is in walking distance to shopping, great restaurants, and hiking right out the front door. Pikes Peak, the Cog-railroad, the Manitou Incline, many other family-friendly activities are just out the front door. This apartment is accessed by some very steep stairs, if you are unable or uncomfortable with stairs, this is not the place for you. Private parking for 1 vehicle. This apartment is Urban and outdoor living all in one!.

Charming and centrally located!

This property is so charming! The decor is cute! Our family of 5 had more than enough space, there is plenty of kitchen supplies, loved the balcony, and loved the location being downtown. The parking can be a bit tight, but we had a full size Ram and were able to handle it with caution. During our stay we did Pikeā€™s Peak, Garden of the Gods, rafting, the Incline, just to name a few things. Overall it was a great stay!

Charming apartment right in the heart of Manitou Springs!

The location of this property is exactly what we wanted. We could walk to great restaurants, shops, and our son loved the penny arcade in Manitou Springs. The apartment was just as it was described. Cute, spacious enough, and we would absolutely stay here again

The property is conveniently placed right on tje main street in Manitou Springs. There is a nice balcony to rest after a day of activities. Very clean with modern furnishings. Will stay again.

Colorado Experience

Fun little town and this location is central to it all. Also worked as a great home base for our various excursions out. Plenty of space for the four adults in our group and provided all of the basics we needed for our stay.

Perfect location

Perfect location for a quick stay in Manitou Springs. Our family had plenty of space in the apartment. Previous reviews had mentioned the parking being tight, however, we didnā€™t have any problems getting our minivan into the spot. Highly recommend!

Great stay in Historic Building

Pros: Great location in town that includes a parking space, cute apartment with fun character, and a responsive and friendly host. Cons (that wonā€™t keep me from returning but should be mentioned): the location is right over the Main Street in town. We didnā€™t sleep well the first two nights because of noise but once we figured out that we could keep the air conditioner fan on all night, it kept us from waking up and we slept well. Also, the water pressure is low.

Excellent Stay

This little loft was the perfect stay for the perfect week getaway. It was extremely clean, roomy and had everything a person could need. We cooked a lot as we are not ones to go out to eat often. However, there were a lot of restaurants and cafe's in the area. Everything was walkable and near by. Very close to most hiking trails. This was the best little town and place to stay. Had a wonderful time. Rated 5 stars !!

Center Location with Responsive Hosts

My family rented this unit over Spring Break and had a great time there. The unit is larger than I anticipated (based on the photos) so we had plenty of room for the 4 of us. The hosts were very responsive with the small issues that we had. The parking situation is tricky but it was worth it to stay in the middle of Manitou Springs and to walk everywhere.

Convenient location for vacation in Manitou

Beautiful views and nice location, I will say the main bedroom is very light even at night, so if you like dark when sleeping they do make portable blackout curtains which would fix it . Great place would stay again

Perfect location in Manitou

This is all about the location. The apartment is in the heart of Manitouā€™s downtown/tourist area. Our favorite part was sitting on the balcony in the evening. Itā€™s right next door to Manitou brewing company, which it definitely worth checking out. The parking is tight so be aware if youā€™re driving a big vehicle. Overall great experience!

Great central spot in Manitou Springs w/parking!!

Great location - mountain views, town scenes, balcony to watch it all from. Walk to everything in town. The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed. It's quirky for sure but this is an historic building. Don't be put off by the steep, narrow climb to the parking space. You will be glad you have your own space in a town where there is no free parking and spots are at a premium. One minor niggle - nightstand and bedside lamp only for one side of the bed - but not a big deal. Good communications with the owner. Great place for a short stay.
