The space
BEDROOMS
This property has three bedrooms and can sleep up to eight guests in comfortable beds furnished with premium linens and pillows. The master bedroom is located upstairs and features a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a large walk-in closet for your belongings. There is also a 55” TV.

Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 are located downstairs and both are outfitted with queen-size beds and a 55” TV.

Each bedroom in the home has a closet complete with felt hangers, an iron, a steamer, an ironing board, extra towels, an extra set of linens, and three laundry hampers (one for linens, one for towels, and one for guest laundry).

BATHROOMS
There are two full bathrooms and one half bathroom in the home, each stocked with all the conveniences you could ever need, including Q-Tips, cotton balls, make-up, nail polish removers, a hairdryer, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, premium hand soap, and premium hand lotion.

The master bathroom connected to the master bedroom features a large walk-in shower, complimentary toiletries (Public Goods organic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), and a Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom fan for rocking out while you get ready. There is also an illuminated make-up mirror in the Master bathroom.

The downstairs bathroom features a shower/bathtub combo, a Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom fan, and all the same complimentary toiletries too. This bathroom also is equipped with an illuminated make-up mirror.

A half-bath is located on the upper level near the top of the stairs and is outfitted with a toilet, sink, and illuminated make-up mirror as well.

KITCHEN
You’ll have no trouble cooking up tasty group meals in the massive and well-equipped kitchen. From simple meals and snacks to extravagant meals on special occasions like Thanksgiving and Christmas, you’ll find every appliance or gadget to make it happen (See photos for full details about all the top-notch amenities in the kitchen).

Take advantage of the dual oven, gas range, high-powered microwave, and refrigerator/freezer with a water and ice dispenser. In the morning, feel free to use the Keurig coffee maker or both of the pour-over coffee makers. You can also use the Breville BaristaTouch to create your fav $7 Latte, Cappuccinos, or Flat-Whites with the touch of a few buttons.

The dining area features a dining table that can seat up to eight people. Additionally, there are three bar stools for hanging out while the cooking is happening in the kitchen.

LIVING ROOM
The spacious living room is equipped with two super comfortable couches and a 55" 4k TV. Cozy up on the plush furniture with a book in hand and listen to the crackle of the gas fireplace as you relax on cool evenings.

The larger couch transforms into a very comfortable queen-sized bed that comes with all the same bedding including a memory foam mattress like all the other beds come with (located in the Master Bedroom walk-in closet).

OUTDOOR AREAS
While you may find it hard to leave the comfort of the indoors at The Corner-Lot, the outdoor space is the highlight of the property. Breathe in the fresh mountain air and listen to the sounds of birds singing from one of two patios. The bright starlit night skies are something everyone should experience!

The Front Patio is equipped with a gas fire pit, and two square bistro tables for drinks or snacks. You’ll find plenty of seating for eight people and the patio also contains bistro lights along the railings to create a glorious ambiance for dusk or night-time hangouts outdoors.

The back patio contains a six-person dining table along with a smaller two-person bistro table so everyone can dine comfortably. It also contains a 3in1 Expert BBQ Grill with both Gas and Charcoal sides. This patio also has bistro lights decorating the railings.

To enjoy the best of the indoors and outdoors, spend some time in the heated garage - which doubles as a game room. There are two 65" 4k TVs, both of which have surround sound for your viewing/gaming pleasure. There are tons of indoor & outdoor activities to take part in as well, including, Ping Pong, CornHole, Connect4, Hook & Ring, Ring Toss, Tic Tac Toe, Huge Lawn DICE, Jumbo Jenga, KanJam, SpikeBall, Bocce Ball, Lawn Darts, Frisbee, & Hacky Sack.

Something that many guests thoroughly enjoy is the daily sightings of the abundant wildlife on the property. Mule deer, wild turkeys, sometimes black bears when they are not hibernating, raccoons, foxes, squirrels, and plenty of beautiful birds will all likely grace your presence during your stay.

LAUNDRY ROOM
Across the hallway from the powder room is the laundry room with a new Samsung washer and dryer along with all the laundry supplies necessary.

The Corner Lot is a dog-friendly home
Max amount of dogs allowed at the home for one booking is 2 (two) Dogs.
The only a few other pieces worth mentioning are:
1) Pets are Not Allowed on the beds or furniture. Please bring your dog beds or crates with you for your furry friends sleeping needs.
2) Since pet waste bags are provided if pet poo piles are found on the property we will include a hefty $40 per pet poo fee when requesting the dog fees.
3) Dogs are not to be left unattended in the home unless crated.
Please also be advised:
As this home was built in the summer of 2021 and everything inside of it is new, if your pets cause any damage inside the property we will request reimbursement.
