This home is equipped with satellite TV both upstairs and downstairs. The two big screen TVs and DVD players are great for watching movies. Visitors will also enjoy the high-speed wireless internet access and the unlimited phone service for both local and long distance calls.

This is an immaculate home with new beds, furnishings, and appliances. The driveway goes to the front door. The cabin features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen with adjacent dining room, a great room upstairs, and a cozy family room in the lower level. The kitchen, great room, and dining room are open for comfort and convenience. Both the upstairs great room and the lower level family room provide great gathering spots with large windows that bring in the sun and make it easy to view the mountains and wildlife.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, utensils, dishes, and pans. A propane grill on the deck is available for outdoor grilling. All you need to bring is your food. The washer and dryer are provided with laundry soap and softener sheets. The towels and bedding are washed on high temperatures. The outdoor deck provides an exquisite daytime view of Pike’s Peak and clear nighttime view of the solar system. The backyard forms into a tree-covered valley for exploration and hiking. The cabin is located 15 minutes from Woodland Park (and 30 minutes from Colorado Springs), which has enough stores to provide about any product or service needed. There are many things to do year round in the Pikes Peak Region in addition to fishing, hunting, hiking, rafting, and skiing. The changing of the Aspen leaves in September is breath-taking. Summer time in the Rockies is unmatched, with average temperatures of 70 degrees, the Aspens in full bloom, and a sprinkling of wildflowers.
