Nestled in a quiet residential area, this 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large fenced-in yard, and a beautiful front porch complete with a porch swing with a view of Cheyenne Mountain!

There are three bedrooms on the main level of the house: 1 king, 2 queens, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The lower level has 2 queen bedrooms.

The bathrooms are both located on the main level of the house. Both have full bathtubs with showers.

The living room on the main level has a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. Downstairs features a large 50' television with a Blu-ray player and movies to enjoy a movie night when you are all tuckered out from sightseeing.

Order in with one of the many delivery apps, or walk to one of the local restaurants to enjoy a hearty Colorado breakfast, lunch, or dinner. If you prefer to prepare your meals at home, cooking is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, cookie sheets, a crockpot, wine glasses, and more. The large dining table and additional barstools seat 11. Coffee pods for your first morning are provided.

With over 100 channels, movies, board games, and books to choose from for entertainment, you will be able to relax after a full day of taking in all of the tourist attractions in the Pikes Peak region.

The covered front porch and porch swing beckon you to enjoy the fresh mountain air while taking in the views. The backyard, which is completely fenced in, has a large table, umbrella, a propane fire pit, and seating for an additional 8 people.

Working from home during your stay? The house is equipped with high-speed WiFi. Traveling with kids? There's a high chair, pack-and-play, booster seat, bibs, and more for families with younger children. The house has central air and heating for comfort during all seasons.

The location is central to tourist attractions! Walk two blocks to Colorado Avenue for shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, a park (Farmers' Market is held on Saturdays), and more. Hop in the car for a short 5-minute drive to take in the beauty of Garden of the Gods, drive 5 minutes in the opposite direction, and you will be in downtown Colorado Springs. The mountains, Manitou Springs, and more are just 10 minutes by car. The location couldn't be better.

The house is great for large groups, including multiple generations of families traveling together, couples with kids who want space of their own, or a group of adults who want to share space but have enough of it to spread out.

For added guest safety, wired security cameras monitor the entryways, with one mounted unit in the mudroom that monitors two exterior doors.

The home is pet friendly, but guests must clean up after pets. Pets must be approved before booking, and an additional non-refundable pet fee of $50 per pet will be requested.
