Beautiful New Townhome - Perfect Location

Enjoy the luxury and convenience of a new home located in an historic neighborhood. This 3-bedroom home is only minutes away from some of the areaā€™s most popular destinations, including Downtown, the US Olympic Training Center, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Canyon, and Manitou Springs. On the main level, the open floor plan features a large, modern chefā€™s kitchen, a sizable eating area for group meals, and a living area complete with a large television and gas fireplace. There is also a patio off the kitchen, which extends your entertaining space.

During your stay you will enjoy off-street parking for two vehicles and two car garage, high-speed wireless Internet, cable television, and a washer and dryer conveniently located upstairs. Owned by an Olympian and former professional athlete, and commonly known as ā€œThe Athlete Houseā€, the home is decorated with sporting memorabilia from his career as an athlete and coach.

Upstairs are three very cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds for a good nights rest. The master bedroom has a king bed and a television. The beautiful master bathroom has a bathtub, walk in shower and a double vanity. The other bedrooms have queen size beds and share a full bath.

The house is equipped with central air conditioning and heating system for year around comfort.

Perfect Location

The townhome is fabulous - clean and welcoming! It was such a nice thing to have coffee and sugar provided, as well as all the kitchen items I could think of. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom made for a seamless stay. Quiet hours were definitely adhered to, as we heard very little after 10 p.m., besides a little passing traffic noise the provided fan easily drowned out. The townhome is located just minutes from most of the tourist attractions we wanted to visit, which made getting around easy. The only improvement I would suggest would be blackout curtains. It gets light EARLY in Colorado Springs! But that's easy to manage with a sleep mask. This was a perfect property and we would 100% stay here again when we are back in town!

A Beautiful Property!

This is such a beautiful townhouse in wonderful location! We loved staying here and especially enjoyed the upstairs bedrooms and downstairs living area as we were traveling with a 4 year old who went to bed earlier than the adults. The personal touches in this home are so neat and the communication with the host was amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house, very clean and modern. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable for all of us. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, etc and everything worked as expected. Some of the surrounding areas aren't quite as nice, but that's nothing they can control and we never felt unsafe, the property just stands out a little bit as newer and nicer than its surroundings.Easy access to highways and major attractions.We definitely enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Great stay for CC graduation

We stayed here for our daughter's graduation from CC with other family members. It's close to campus (though not walkable) and a wonderful place to relax and spread out between events. The host (Paige) was very responsive throughout our rental process. It's a really lovely home and very spacious. The only (small) complaint is that it's on a loud street, so those sleeping on the street side of the house had difficulty sleeping. Earplugs are a good idea!

The house is very well located and very close to the Garden of the Gods and lot of eateries. The house was clean, stocked with the essentials, beds were comfortable and the decor was done very tastefully. Paige is very fast in answering any questions we had. Perfect for relaxing girls trip

There were three of us staying here, and this house was a great setup to each have our own bedrooms and plenty of common area space to eat, cook, chat, watch tv, etc. Super clean and comfortable living. Great location for an easy drive to the sites. Highly recommend!

Air Force Academy Family Weekend

This house was absolutely perfect (and I'm a tough critic)! It was incredibly clean and very well appointed. The kitchen was big enough to comfortably prepare and feed our family of 8. It had everything we needed - coffee, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, paper products, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. Paige was very responsive and even allowed us a later check out on our last day since we had a late afternoon flight. The house is very quiet. When you were upstairs you couldn't hear anyone on the main floor. Very close to Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado Springs. I highly recommend this property! STAY HERE! You won't be disappointed!

Perfect spot for a group

We had a wonderful time at this house. There is enough room for people to have their space but also be able to come together. The parking out back was an added perk, though people can easily park on the street if needed. Paige was incredibly responsive throughout the entire rental process!

Beautiful home

Paige was very easy to communicate with. The house is absolutely beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable. We were in Colorado Springs for a family wedding and this home quickly became the gathering place for the family because it is so lovely and spacious. The Bride even asked if she and her bridesmaids could get ready there the morning of the wedding and take pictures because it was so spacious and nice. Thank you for sharing your home and making our trip so comfortable. The only suggestion we would have would be to have outdoor furniture to enjoy the outside area.

Clean and easy!

The property was centrally located to tourist attractions, shops, and restaurants, very clean, and the owner provided all the needed provisions for our stay. When I had questions, the owner was very responsive. The house had a charming Olympic cycling theme and a spacious garage and driveway. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this property to anyone.

Perfect Weekend Stay in Colorado Springs before Headed to Philmont Scout Ranch

House was a perfect location in Colorado Springs for all activities - Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Incline etc. We stayed 3 nights to acclimate to the elevation and then headed down to Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico. House is well laid out and clean. The only detail to be aware of is the pull-out in the living room; not comfortable to sleep on (kids wound-up closing and sleeping on the sofas instead). All other amenities were great. Paige was super responsive and great to work with.

The home is super clean, well-stocked and is in a very safe and convenient location to all of the activities and sites in Colorado Springs. I would definitely stay here again!
