This home also features a fenced in back yard for children and fur babies!

The house features parking for one vehicle in the garage and a flat, accessible parking area in front of the garage that accommodates three large vehicles. The hiking trail to the Pike's Peak trail system is only a few steps up the road (Belvidere Ave restricts public parking, meaning you have a head start for the trails). Green Mountain Falls is located <1 mile down the road and is an easy walk or drive.

Property does not have AC like other properties in the area, as the valley keeps the temps much cooler in the summers than nearby Colorado Springs. Open the windows in the evenings to bring in cold air if it gets warm. Additionally, there are fans in every bedroom.

Garage used by property management. Coordinate with host for trash removal in summer months to limit attraction of bears to the area.

The house is split level, with a couple short stairways to navigate. There are gaps between the railings overlooking the den and sitting room, as well as the stairway to the loft. Due to these gaps potentially presenting a hazard, smaller kids must be supervised when in those areas.

As dog owners we welcome breeds of all sizes and pride ourselves on having an incredible fenced-in backyard for play. As the home owners, we request that parties crate their dogs if leaving the pups unattended at the home. One large size kennel is provided for this. Thank you!
