"What a unique and tranquil place! We stayed in Big Horn Lodge. Rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. The breakfast buffet was outstanding in both variety and quality of offerings. The grounds are breathtaking and the castle…wow! Beautifully maintained overall and unlike any other venue we have stayed at. I would absolutely return again. "

"Great staff and hotel! Walking distance to tons of restaurants and bars. My only gripes are the rooftop bar was terrible. Staff was rude and pompous. Then the pool and hot tub are in need of a good cleaning as well. "

"This is our first time staying at a best Western and it was an excellent experience! We stayed here for a night to enjoy my mom‘s 71st birthday. Everything from the room to the beds the TV the bathroom, the pool, the iced pineapple water, and the delicious breakfast and the gorgeous Mountain View. We will definitely be coming back. The staff are very friendly as well. Thank you."

"Booked a suite for a family overnight and every aspect of this stay was phenomenal (and I’m picky). From the cleanliness of the entire establishment to the outdoor hotub. Loved that we had room to spread out (family of four with two kiddos who were ready for some room to relax). Loved our stay. And the Mountain View option is plus! "
