"Very easy check in and out. Clean. Convenient location. Nice back yard with grill, seating, and hot tub. Has multiple kitchen items to use if needed, such as Crock Pot, pots and pans, plates, utensils, cups, wine glasses, seasonings. A/C was effective. The couch was very uncomfortable- does have a pull out bed; did not try the bed, only the couch. Only one other chair to sit in and that's also not very comfortable, made it hard to relax after a long drive. The king bed is okay, could be a little...

"One of the best Vrbo host, communication wise. Very kind and accommodating. House was super cute and the hot tub was a great amenity. Would have liked maybe some grass in the fenced in backyard for the dogs, but we made it work! Having lights where we parked was very convenient as well! Overall, very happy with the place!"

"This property is an older, roomy home. However, it is clear that the host has expended effort and expense to provide a clean and comfortable stay. Communication and check-in in was excellent. The house is located on a somewhat active street, and the first impression could use a little facelift with some stone work and deck refinishing."

"Mr. Sam was an amazing host he not only kept in constant communication, he even sent recommendations on restaurants in the area and even family/kid friendly adventures as we never have been to Colorado. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable we truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again our next visit."
