Relaxed, relatable, very familiar with all aspects of what the property offered. I absolutely loved the room and the staff. One thing though, not enough parking spaces to accommodate their visitors. But what they did was attempt to make space when possible. But that one thing is huge if you are returning after 8 or 9 at night."

"I booked a handicap accessible room with the rollin shower and the wheelchair did not even fit inside of the bathroom nor did we receive a roll-in shower like we reserved. My husband literally could not take a shower and had to hobble on one leg into the bathroom to even use the toilet what a joke of an accessible Hotel room. Also the supposed accessible room was on the opposite side of the hotel from the handicap accessible parking spots extremely inconvenient for accessibility."

"The hotel lobby was impressive. It was enormous and served as the setting for the pool and game area and had a few comfortable couches and chairs for guests to relax. My room was spacious and comfortable. There were body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the bath. Plenty of parking and breakfast was included."
