"Very nice hotel on the beach with a pool that we had to ourselves the whole week. The only thing i didnt like were the picnic tables outside our room because other people would sit there at 6am in the morning and late at night smoking which we smelled in our room, talking, laughing and coughing so loud that they woke us up every morning. We are on vacation and prefer not to get woken up that early. Very annoying. And the people at the front desk barely speak english which is also annoying. Loved...

"Had an amazing time at this Bed and Breakfast. The owners were fabulous hosts. Very friendly, made us feel welcomed, and was very flexible with our schedule. Enjoyed our talks with the hosts. Wonderful breakfast and lovely Old Home! Would absolutely recommend and stay there in the future. "

"The recently updated Blue Heron Cottage was neat and clean and the beds were truly comfortable. The cottage is just a short walk to the shops and restaurants in Colonial Beach. The attractions at Westmoreland State Park, including Fossil Beach, are a short drive away."

"We had a family gathering in CB for the 4th of July and our son’s birthday. Kathy, the host was so friendly, accommodating, and responsive. The house was super clean, has lots of charm, was nice and cool, and the location was perfect. We loved sitting on the front porch and gazing at the water. The house is located super close to the beach, town, and the bay. We were so happy to be able have our dog join us in the house as well! This is a gem in sweet little Colonial Beach! "
