"The stay, food, and customer service were fantastic. Special thanks to Asinsala; she was fantastic, and when we extended our stay by another day, she helped us program our room keys so we didn't have to go to reception. I will high-key recommend this place to go and have a great experience"

"Hotel simpático muito bem cuidado e muito bonito "

"Impossible to get breakfast, staff incompetent and unhelpful"

"I have travelled the World extensively, and this property is possibly my favourite of any I have stayed in. It maintains old world colonial character and charm, with its very high standards, excellent staff, and wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. We stayed 8 years ago and have been planning g a return since. "Its a sound enough hotel for the business traveler but otherwise pretty ordinary. It's in a shabby part of town with no local ameities or attractions worth the bother. The bar is dismal and the restaurant poor. The staff do a good job of making the best of the little they have to wotk with."

"Worst hotel in Colombo"

"Room was clean, compact, checkin was painless. Pool is amazing & roof top bar has great views !"

"Good customer service"

"Friendly and willing to help staff, best buffet breakfast"
