"The place was very accessibly to the city centre. The room was very clean, but some of the decor was a little tired. The bed was so comfortable. Lits of hot water for the shower.

"It started badly when, upon entering the room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Clearly, the room should have been decommissioned until it could be properly cleaned and fumigated.
As the property operates on an automated basis (the key is retrieved from a key safe with a code supplied by email), there was no receptionist on duty. Luckily, we managed to find a helpful cleaner who was still on the premises, who was able to arrange for an alternative room.

"Very lovely little apartment that is right next door to the city centre and Norwich castle. Not too far from the train station and multiple car parks nearby that are easy to walk to.
Host is very quick to respond and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area.
Price is very reasonable and perfect for a quick stay-cation away from home."

"Stayed for a festival out at Earlham Park. Did not have a vehicle, buses to from Norwich and the Uni are quite convenient. Walked most days. 1 mile to Earlham, 2 miles to Norwich. The location was perfect for our needs. Plenty of bedroom space, kitchen was clean and well appointed. Common living space is a little sparce, but we spent little time outside of sleeping, so not an issue in the least. 15 minutes by Uber to the airport. "Great location. Easy walk into the city centre. A couple of bars directly outside so a bit of noise until closing time. However we were out so it didn't effect our stay. The apartment is a bit tired and could do with new csrpets and a refresh. But a great bolthole for q city break. One full bathroom and an ensuite with shower. Made it perfect for 2 couples.
