Very pleasant apartment with open view, F2 cabin type equipped for 2 adults and 2 children (max 8/10 years old) located on the 3rd floor, including: entrance, living room opening onto a balcony, kitchen (gas hob, microwave, oven, washing machine), bedroom (140 cm bed), cabin (2 bunk beds), bathroom/WC. Private parking space.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week

The rental must be left clean and in good condition. Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated upon request)

You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (No cash or check).
