On the ground floor, pretty F2 type apartment equipped for 4 people, including: entrance hall, living room with sofa bed, kitchen area with electric hob, oven, microwave and washing machine, bedroom with 140 cm bed, bathroom, Separate WC, large terrace, garage in the basement (small car access).
Warning: residence with many steps to access the accommodation.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00).

The rental must be left clean and in good condition. Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated upon request)

You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (No cash or check).
