Great location.
Had a very pleasant stay of two nights. Location is great not far from Northgate and Texas A&M campus. This comfy house is located in a gentrifying neighborhood with a mix of new and older homes. House was clean and had everything we needed. Great fenced backyard.

Aggie Family Weekend
Family in town for Aggie Family weekend. This is our 2nd time here. Perfect location, fun house, great beds and best communication and help when needed. We will definitely come again

Not clean
When we arrived at the property on Friday, we found that the back door was unlocked, and the main bathroom had hair in the drain of the shower, and there were bugs all over the tile. The television in the main den area did not work, and we were unable to get it to work the entire time we were there. There is a doggie door leading to the backyard that has no way to block or lock off from the rest of the house so anyone or animal can enter the house while you sleep. We found dog poop in the rug in the living area. On Sunday when it was time to check out, I sent numerous messages to the property manager with no response about the checkout process. I was never informed of what to do at check out. I sent pictures of the dog poop and never received a reply either. The house overall is cute and in a great neighborhood, but it appears that it had not been cleaned and there are safety issues with the dog door. Also there are no fire alarms in the house at all.

November game weekend
We have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed it. The bunk bed room is perfect when you have kids in your group. The ping pong table is lots of fun and the backyard is big. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Lot of bedding, towels and dish towels. You can easily walk to Northgate. The Wi-Fi connection is very good and Hayley is a great host! Two thumbs up!

Good place for ping pong
The ping pong table was a hit with all ages. Plenty of room to play and to watch and the weather cooperated. This home is within walking distance of Northgate. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Lot of bedding, towels and dish towels. The driveway holds 3 cars and there is parking in the street. Washer and dryer are nice. The Wi-Fi connection is very good. Hayley is a great host! 2 thumbs up!

Fun Football weekend
This is a great place for adults and kids. The bunk bed room is always a favorite. The ping pong table in the garage is fun for everyone! The family room is very big and so is the backyard. Nice outdoor chairs if the weather cooperates. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and street. Lots of dishtowels, sheets, bath towels, throws and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The Wi-Fi connection is great and the TV screen is quite large. The kitchen is big and well stocked. And Hayley is the best host! Two thumbs up!!

A cooler football weekend
If you want to watch the other football games, the Wi-Fi connection here is great. If you want to cook, the kitchen is well stocked. If you want to sleep, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. If you need to shower after the Aggie game, there are lots of towels and washcloths. If you want to play ping pong, the table is in the garage and now that the weather is cooler, it’s game on. If you need to wash clothes, the washer and dryer work well. If you have 3 or more cars, there is plenty of parking. If you want to take it easy on the couch, there are plenty of pillows and throws. If you want to sit outside, there is a great outdoor area with comfortable chairs. If you have any problems, Hayley will respond quickly and she is a great host!

Great for Aggie Ring weekend
We enjoyed our stay. It was super convenient to the campus and our kid's apartments. Loved having the large TV area with 2 sitting areas.
