Chic Cottage Charm Close to Campus!

Complete remodeled modern farmhouse located by Central Park and close to TAMU.

We call this home the cottage "charm-house!" A chic mix of farmhouse cottage charm throughout the home creates a warm and inviting experience for our guests that leaves them longing to return.

Everything has been updated and selected with purpose. We think you'll love this home and your time here as much as we do.

It so happens that the Farmhouse "look" is in style at this time, but Neil and I have always had a nostalgic heart.

We selected tin tiles for the ceiling in the kitchen and dining room. From hand-crafted bathroom cabinets from reclaimed wood to modern light fixtures, this home brings together the charm of a farmhouse and the comfort of modern amenities.

The home has shiplap walls throughout each room. The master bedroom is downstairs and has a private bath with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. You'll love the feel of the large upstairs bedrooms with the slanted ceiling and shiplap walls. The bedrooms will make give you the feel of being tucked away in a cozy, private, attic space of an old farmhouse cottage.

You will have access to the whole home.

Located just off of Highway 6. Walking distance to Central Park. Across from the new College Station Police Department. 2 miles to Texas A & M University.

The home is two-story with one bedroom and a walk-in shower downstairs. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are upstairs. There are 4 vanity and sink areas in the home. 2 vanity and sinks are downstairs and 2 vanity and sinks are upstairs. Both bathrooms share the shower/tub and toilet.

Stairgates are provided for your use and in a closet.

There is a privacy fenced side yard for outdoor entertainment or to let your pet out.

With the exception of three small issues, we had a wonderful experience staying at this cute and well-equipped house. Three small issues: lock didn't work upon arrival so had to get management to come change the code, only one washcloth in house but other towels were plentiful, and the water filter in the fridge needed to be replaced. Submitted constructively as I would stay there again. Thanks!

This property is an absolute gemā€”completely updated and a true picture of perfection!Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to make you feel right at home. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and there are more pillows and blankets than any place Iā€™ve ever stayed! The kitchen is exceptionally well-appointed, with every essential providedā€”nothing was overlooked.I was so impressed with the primary bedding that I had to look it up to see where I could buy it for myself!We brought our doodles, and they loved the fenced-in space to play. Plus, there was plenty of parking for our college students to come visit.A perfect 10/10ā€”I would highly recommend this property and canā€™t wait to come back!

We loved the cottage. It is decorated so cute and the beds are very comfortable. The road that runs next to the house is a bit noisy, but by the second night wasnā€™t as noticeable. The side yard is not big for larger dogs but we walked our dogs so it wasnā€™t a problem. Very cozy!

This is a great little house. Weā€™ve stayed twice now. Comfy beds, great location, clean and has everything you need. Gas cooktop a big plus. Host is very responsive.

My family stayed at the cottage while attending my sonā€™s swim meet at Texas A&M. We could not have asked for a better host and property. Everything was so conveniently thought about in the home and very comfortable for everyone. Kathy was extremely responsive and we are grateful for her hospitality.

Its a cute and well decorated place. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen is well stocked and fast internet while I worked remotely during the day. Location was great being close to campus as well as nearby restaurants and parks.

Came in for a regional Bible drill at FBCS. The house was in a good location for everything around the town. Wish we had planned to stay long. Definitely will book this place again if it opens. The host was quick to respond. Love this place!

My husband and I absolutely adored this cottage! Everything in it was perfectly clean, updated, charming, and beautiful! We intended to have our sons and their wives stay with us while attending Aggie ring day for our daughter. There was plenty of room and plenty of privacy for the three couples. Located in a quiet area of town, and still close to restaurants, campus, and events. Five stars.
