"We loved the hotel, besides the location being excellent, the staff was very friendly and attentive, especially Kevin. The hotel was so cozy, we felt at home. The breakfast, despite not having much variety, is of excellent quality. Don't forget to try the croissant. We will definitely recommend it to other people."

"This is a very nice and comfortable property. If you don’t have a car, it is an easy walk to the downtown area of Takoma Park. The bed is very comfortable and the heating/cooling is excellent. I just have a suggestion or two. A light by the door would be helpful when returning to the apartment at night. Also, in addition to the bath towel and hand towel provided, a washcloth would be appreciated and the soap in the shower should be in a wrapped package. I would definitely stay here again,...

"The Ivy Mansion is a beautiful brownstone building that is effectively a four unit bed and breakfast. It is truly mansion sized, with a lovely and comfy ground floor with a full kitchen that you are welcome to use. My room was quite large and the owner had recently renovated my bathroom, which had a great tiled glass enclosed shower with a rainfall shower head and great pressure.
