Thanks to its location, within an hour's drive you can reach Florence, Pisa and Lucca. in 15 minutes to San Gimignano and 20 minutes to Siena and Volterra. The Tyrrhenian coast is also easily accessible.

The location is also ideal for those who love outdoor walks or bike excursions. The cottage has private parking, and an exclusive fenced garden with plants.

In the garden there is a gazebo with outdoor furniture where you can relax while sipping a good glass of wine or reading a book.

The entire structure is on the ground floor, also excellent for those who have difficulty climbing stairs.

Upon entering we find the large living room area, kitchen furnished in typical Tuscan style, the bathroom complete with shower, the double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds.

The property has wifi, flat screen TV, dishwasher, washing machine and heat pump system for heating and cooling. There is a daily cost of 10 euros for heating and air conditioning to be paid upon arrival.
