Upstairs, a practical mezzanine with a second bedroom completes the home.



The location is ideal: just steps from the picturesque Via dei Ciacc, a great starting point for hiking or cycling to Piona Bay and Colico’s center. Private parking, a cellar for extra convenience, and free Wi-Fi are available. The property is non-smoking.
