"We never even had the opportunity to stay at this property, as we weren't able to check-in. After not receiving the check-in instructions from the property owner, we reached out multiple times, each with no response. First, we reached out prior to the check-in time, stating we hadn't received info on how to access the property and asked if they could provide it. After no response, we reached out again about an hour after the listed time, but before we had arrived at the property, nothing....
