"Perfect retreat! This rental is quiet, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Plenty of room for a family of 4, with everyone having a comfortable recliner. Everything is provided, including toothbrushes. Use of the gold cart was our favorite part of the stay! Communication with the owner, Val, was impeccable. This is the third place we have stayed in The Villages, and by far our favorite. I can’t recommend this rental enough. We hope to be back at this wonderful rental in the near...

"The house was furnished with everything you may need during your stay. Most importantly, Kevin (our host), was so hospitable and available for any questions we had. He even spent time with us when we first arrived and showed us all the main cart paths with the golf cart. To top it off, he arranged our transportation to the airport. Does it get much better than that? "

"My 6 night stay was perfect. Check-in was easy and the hosts were very responsive around questions / requests. Location was uber convenient to Sumter Landing and the Palmer Legends courses. The Bungalow was stylishly decorated with super comfy beds and plenty of room to hang out and relax. I highly recommend! "

"Beautiful home with everything needed to make it enjoyable. Very clean and organized with anything you need in the kitchen. The pool and hot tub were great and we enjoyed meals by the pool. The golf cart is perfect for getting around The Villages. We were traveling with 2 Mini Schnauzers and this was perfect. You would not know this place had ever had pets, it was so clean. "David was a fabulous and very conscientious host. The place was amazing - better than described. My family and I had a wonderful time at this home, spent a lot of quality family time by the pool and took advantage of all of the great golf and other activities at the Villages. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!! "

"The owner was very communicative and responded very quickly to any question or request; simply a great guest / owner experience. The beds were the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept in while traveling; I travel a lot for work so that is an extreme compliment.It was a comfortable, relaxing place to be after a 1500 mile plus drive and dropping children off at college(s). I would definitely stay again."

"I set my sister in-law and her husband up in this beautiful home since it was right down the road from us. The accommodations were great! Easy access plus the owner let us in earlier so we could stock the refrigerator & put some snacks out for them. The place was clean, cool & well maintained. Golf cart was available to them but they didn’t use it since we were walking distance to them. I will continue to use this rental for all of my out of town guests. "

"This is our 2nd time visiting this lake house. We absolutely love it. The kitchen is huge and so functional for a big crowd. Everything is well stocked. No need to leave to go anywhere. So peaceful and just a nice place to get away and relax. Enjoy the beautiful lake with the beach entrance (which our dogs LOVED) , go kayaking, grill some food... Highly Recommend! "

"Really enjoyed the lake and the house, it really has that great cozy fish camp feel. It’s a quiet area even with the boats on the lake over the weekend, it feels like summer. Owner responded well to all questions and communication. The house was clean and comfortable. To top it off we got to see the bats at sunset leaving it’s house on the boat dock."

"Estranho ter uma caução de duas vezes o valor da diária, que mesmo sendo ressarcida, pagará IOF. A simpatia dos atendentes é nenhuma, e o lemçol de uma das camas tinha manchas escuras. Menos mal que eu estava só e dormi na outra cama disponível. O frigobar tinha problemas na porta e a cafeteira não existia. Mas o quarto é confortável e silencioso."
