"We stayed at the Dutchess with family to attend a concert at the Academy of the Arts. This is a special property that has been beautifully restored to include open space, modern conveniences and nice furnishings and decor. The Dutchess on Pearl retains the feeling and charm of the era it was built including original wood flooring. Beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked and common areas conducive to shared conversation. "This is a beautiful, well managed property in the heart of Lynchburg. The home is comfortable and very well appointed. The free parking in the rear is incredibly helpful. Our only quibble is that the house was pretty dusty, maybe we were the first renters in awhile."

"We loved this property. Very clean, great condition, super quite, and all the amenities were great. The parking garage was also a very nice benefit. "Every year, a group of friends of mine and I go to Lynchburg for a long weekend golf tournament at Boonsboro country club. We try to stay somewhere around downtown for the restaurants and things to do. This was a beautiful townhome that accommodated all three of us comfortably and was located close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely recommend this to anyone."

"Five of us (2 sets of parents and 2 players) stayed at the house for a baseball tournament at Liberty. Everything was a shown in the pictures, the house was clean, plenty of towels and household necessities. It's about 8 minutes from the LU baseball field. Really worked well for us - I'd definitely stay here again."
