"Motel is fine for a 1 or 2 star motel. It is clean and has good comfortable beds. The room was tiny. The bathroom was tiny. Barely can fit two people. Otherwise it is fine. Again you need to know that this is super basic motel and the rating is based on that. Don’t expect a nice accommodation when renting it. Fine for a 1 night stay but I wouldnt stay there for longer. It has AC but it is a bit loud and blows right at the bed. Need to cover it with a towel if you don’t want to get cold air blown...

"We've stayed here several times... myself, my 2 teen boys and our Newfoundland doggo. The building is on the older side, but decently maintained. The staff is super helpful and wonderful to interact with if needed. The housekeeping staff are very friendly and thorough. The chairs on the top of the hill behind the hotel are an excellent place to relax and the view of Monument Mountain is spectacular from there! If you enjoy hiking, access to the trails on Monument Mountain are just down...

"Thr Abner was a wonderful stay! The property is beautifully maintained and they surprised us with an upgraded room. The Verdict, the roof top bar was a great experience, we had some pre-dinner cocktails and hummus. The staff throughout the Abner, from the front desk to the breakfast room were attentive and pleasant. "Rooms were very dusty. Chair in Room had a big hole in it not usable. The place looks very run down. Dirty carpets. Bathroom. Toilet dirty. Bedding had stains. Kitchen filthy could t bring ourselves to eat the breakfast or ha e coffee there. The woman inn keeper looked. Felt sorry for her. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place."

"This b&b was so charming. The room was very well kept and had a private bathroom and we especially loved the decor of the living areas. It was well thought out and visually pleasing and calming. Brad the owner was so helpful with suggesting places to eat around the area and Laura the innkeeper made the best breakfasts that were included with our stay. "Beautiful historic hotel. We had a great comfortable room. The staff we met Sarah and Glen were professional, very helpful and sweet people. The breakfast was very good. No hot eggs, or pancakes etc but it was everything else. Great Great endless coffee. A newspaper to read and it was quiet and very comfortable. I will come back .The restaurant looked fabulous. next time I will try dinner there."

"This is a large inn in a remote rural area. I spent three nights in the inn. My biggest complaint is the food service. There’s a restaurant affiliated to the Inn. The food options are very limited. I ordered six chicken wings and found out inside the wing is cold and the wind is not even fully cooked. It took them some time for the replacement. This time they did it right."

"Best that can be said is that it was clean. The shower was ok. No on-site staff, we had to check in using a Ring doorbell and bad phone connection. The baseboard heat control required me to get on the floor and crawl into the corner of the room behind the fridge. And the room didn’t look at all like the picture on Expedia. Stay here if you have no other choice."
