I paid extra money for a room with a bath tub. The first room was so filthy the bathtub was dirty and the sheets and comforter were stained. The entire hallway also smelled like rotten food.
I went and asked for some help from the front desk and he quickly transferred my room across the hotel into what seemed to be a much cleaner room.
However when I tried to run a bath, the water was orange and filthy. I was only there 2 nights and did not want to move rooms again as I had quite a bit of luggage and there is no elevator. Plus the idea of taking a bath there was no longer appealing.
On my day checking out I asked for.a late check out. I was then locked out while taking my luggage out and bothered 3 more times by other employees. When locked out I had to run around the building for help and when I got to the front desk had to actually literally scream until I got anyone to help me. The girl who helped was rude. I told her about the dirty bath water and she said it’s the city water. I told her no the filter looked filthy. She just stared at me blankly. Breakfast was lacking. Pool was fillthy looking. Overall not a good stay.
However location was excellent and convenient. And the First Gentleman who helped me, although not great at customer service, was able to provide me with a slightly cleaner room
