The plot is completely fenced, guaranteeing privacy and security, especially for families with children thanks to the fenced pool. Relax on the spacious covered terrace with barbecue area, perfect for meals and gatherings at any time of the day. Upon entering, you will find private parking for several vehicles and a warm atmosphere in the rural-style living-dining room, equipped with fireplace and sofa bed for two additional people (subject to supplement on certain dates). The open and fully equipped kitchen encourages family coexistence while preparing your favourite meals. The house has two bright bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with storage space, as well as two full bathrooms with shower for greater comfort. Thanks to its orientation, the house receives natural light throughout the day and offers spectacular sunset views, creating the perfect setting to disconnect. Although surrounded by nature and privacy, in a few minutes you will have access to shops, services and charming nearby villages. Please note that the property is in a rural area, so there may be animals in nearby plots. It is also recommended to take out travel insurance for possible official restrictions.
