Discover this charming and welcoming rural house located in the Arroyo de Cazalla area, in Coín, an accommodation perfect for families or groups of up to 6 people who wish to disconnect surrounded by nature and enjoy the tranquillity of the interior of Málaga. With 128 m², private pool and a large terrace, this property has all the ingredients for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.



🌿 The house has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. The master bedroom features a spacious 160 cm double bed, whilst the second offers two 90 cm single beds. Its living room is comfortable and bright, with Smart TV, wood-burning fireplace and air conditioning, also available throughout the rest of the accommodation to guarantee a pleasant temperature all year round.



☀️ The outdoor areas are one of its main attractions. The property has a fenced plot, garden, a terrace of approximately 80 m², private chlorine pool and a comfortable Balinese bed where you can relax in the sun. It also has a table tennis table and a gas barbecue, ideal for organising meals and dinners outdoors whilst enjoying the mountain views. Currently, the pool has some deteriorated areas, with several tiles detached, and is awaiting repair work. This aspect is mainly aesthetic and is informed in advance so that guests are aware of the current condition of the pool before their arrival.



🍴 The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Tassimo capsule coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and all necessary kitchenware. It also has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and a practical pressure cooker.



📶 For those who need to stay connected, the accommodation offers internet connection via Starlink, as well as a baby cot and private outdoor parking for two vehicles within the grounds.



🐾 Pets are welcome, so you can enjoy your stay accompanied by the whole family.



📍 The property is located in an especially quiet and isolated rural setting, with no neighbours or adjoining properties, which allows you to enjoy a great sense of privacy and contact with nature. To reach the accommodation, the final stretch is along a rural lane of approximately 7 km, unpaved and with some irregularities typical of this type of road, so we recommend driving slowly and with caution. This location is ideal for those seeking to completely disconnect from the urban environment and enjoy the silence and tranquillity of the countryside.



From here you can visit places such as Sierra de las Nieves National Park, Caminito del Rey, the Guadalhorce reservoirs, Tolox Spa and several golf courses.
