Chalet 'Les 2 Soeurs' with Mountain View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

For years, we've been welcoming holidaymakers to our LA CROIX DES AMBAILLES chalet in summer and winter alike. We've now decided to build a more intimate refuge, a little higher up, for 8/9 people.



Built with Jean-Luc's felled fir trees from Crest-Voland and Cohennoz, this new single-storey chalet is ideal for families and groups of friends alike. Named "LES 2 SŒURS" (after the Vercors mountain visible in the distance), it overlooks the village and offers an unobstructed panorama: valley to the south, Aravis to the west, alpine pastures or slopes to the east and north.



Surface area: 150 m². Basement: 2-car garage with charging point + heated ski/shoe locker. Outside: parking for 2 cars.



On the 1ᵉʳ floor, you'll find:

- Bright living room: open-plan fitted kitchen, dining room, living room, pantry.

- Master suite: Queen-size bed, shower room (double washbasin + towel dryer), dressing room, lawn access.

- Separate WC.

- Semi-covered terrace: summer sitting area, table, benches, chairs.



On the 2ᵉ floor, you'll find:

- Reading/relaxation area.

- Separate WC.

- 3 bedrooms:

- 1 King bed + balcony

- 1 King bed + 1 single bed + balcony

- 2 single beds

- Bathroom: double washbasin + heated towel rail.



Beds made up on arrival, towels provided, tourist tax included.
