We are offering this charming, contemporary-style furnished flat for rent in the village of Cohennoz. It measures 52 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests. Situated on the first floor (with a lift) of a residential complex with a swimming pool, it comprises a lovely 20 m² living area, a fitted open-plan kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, as well as a balcony and a terrace. Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Living area:
- A 20 m² living room with a TV, sofa and dining area.
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen featuring: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Senseo pod coffee machine, a fondue set, a raclette machine…
Bedroom area:
- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180×200) and an en-suite shower room.
- Bedroom 2: a sofa bed and bunk beds.
- A bathroom with a bath.
- Separate toilet.

Outdoors:
- A heated, indoor swimming pool in the complex,
open in summer from 4 July 2026 to 30 August 2026, and in winter (opening dates to be confirmed).
The swimming pool measures 12 m by 6 m and is open from 10.00 to 19.00, 7 days a week, during opening periods. Opening dates are not binding and are subject to change by the residential complex.
- A south-facing balcony and a west-facing terrace of approximately 30 m², with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: a Weber electric barbecue (available outside the winter season only), a high chair, a washing machine, a cot, a tumble dryer, and an iron and ironing board.

The village resort of Crest-Voland-Cohennoz is situated on a sunny balcony in the Val d’Arly.
This resort offers the charm of two authentic villages whilst providing access to a wide range of activities in both winter and summer. It is situated in the heart of the Espace Diamant ski area, which includes Les Saisies, in Crest-Voland-Cohennoz, between the Mont Blanc massif and the Val d’Arly. The accommodation is nestled amongst the fir trees, forming a charming hamlet of small chalets. Ideally situated close to the slopes, this residence blends harmoniously with nature and fits perfectly into the landscape.

- Sports activities: various mountain activities such as skiing, tobogganing, dog sledging, snowboarding, snowshoeing… Mountain biking on numerous marked trails and hiking…

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (5m x 3.5m, remote-controlled) or in the residence’s private car park (reserved for guests staying at the residence).

- Nearest airport: Geneva Airport, approximately 1 hour 30 minutes’ drive away.
