Although you are only eight short highway miles from all of the restaurants and amenities of charming downtown Cd’A, the simplicity and solitude of a mountain home will be yours.

Nearby you will find something for everyone. As well as the public golf courses available to you in Cd’A, within a 15 mile drive south you can golf at renowned Circling Raven Golf Course and Casino (owned and operated by the Coeur d’Alene Indian Tribe). Two private golf courses are also within 10 miles (Black Rock Golf Course and CDA National Reserve). The Trail of the Coeur d’Alenes paved bike path, just 20 minutes away, leads you to a ride across the paved trestle at Chatcolet, and the charms of the lakeside town of Harrison. Conveniently located for boaters and lake lovers, this cabin is four miles from a public boat launch and access to all of Lake Coeur d’Alene’s fishing and water sports.

BEDROOMS AND BATHS: This home has two comfortable bedrooms with plenty of natural light and beautiful mountain views. The master suite upstairs has a comfortable queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower. The second bedroom on the main level has a queen bed and two large windows that catch the cross breezes, and extra mountain views. Just around the corner from the second bedroom is a full bathroom with a second walk-in shower.

INDOOR LIVING: The modern kitchen has every amenity, from top of the line appliances and granite countertops to a large variety of cookware and dishes you’ll need to prepare those special meals. Included is a microwave, convection oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, large deep sink, coffee maker, blender and toaster. A glass-topped dining table for four is perfect for sharing laughter and the stories of your day’s experiences. Comfortable seating, a gas fireplace and a large flat screen TV make the end of your day cozy and warm.

AMENITIES: This home has cable TV with full package options, WiFi, and good cell service. A gas barbecue is located on the expansive deck, along with outdoor seating and a dining table for four. A washer and dryer are located in the home for your convenience.

Garbage/Trash disposal Information: Please dump all garbage just down the road during or at the end of your stay at the local community dump which is located right across the highway 95 on W. Kidd Island Rd. right past the Fire District station on the left hand side. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.

This home has cable TV with full package options, WiFi, a Bose sound system synced with BlueTooth, and A/C. Cell service is very good…especially with Verizon. (*Please Note: The key provided in the lockbox and Seasons book does work for all doors throughout the home. To lock the doors you have to simply lift the handle up while locking the door with the key.)
