Parking at Rosalia: Please do not park on the street. It's an HOA rule in this gated community, and it matters to our neighbors and to us. The home has room for 4 vehicles: two in the garage and two in the driveway. If you're traveling with more vehicles, please message us before booking.

- An external security doorbell camera is located in front of the house facing the street. There are no interior cameras or cameras facing the interior.
- Please be aware that while we strive to accurately represent our property in photos and descriptions, minor variations may occur. By booking, guests acknowledge that the actual property may differ slightly from what is shown or described, and no refunds will be issued based on such differences.

Pet policy:
- Pet Fee: $200 per stay.
- Maximum number: 2
- Supervision: Pets must be leashed outside and crated if left alone indoors.
- Clean-Up: Guests must clean up after pets both indoors and outdoors; waste must be disposed of properly.
- Noise: Excessive barking or disturbances may result in early termination without refund.
- Damage: Guests are financially responsible for any pet-related damage.
- Supplies: Guests must bring their own pet supplies. Food and water bowls, dog towels, and bedding are not provided.

Unapproved late checkouts:
Will be subject to a fee of $25 per 15 minutes past checkout time, as our cleaning team operates on a strict schedule to prepare for the next guests.

Rental Agreement:
All stays require a signed rental agreement.

Our professional sanitization uses standard commercial cleaning products; custom scent-free requests cannot be accommodated.
