Start your mornings with a walk to the water—coffee in hand—then spend your day paddleboarding at Independence Point, swimming at the beach, or exploring the scenic trails of Tubbs Hill with its hidden coves and lake views. Wander through downtown for boutique shopping, grab lunch on a patio, or enjoy an afternoon ice cream as you stroll the boardwalk. Everything is close enough that you can come and go with ease—no car, no stress, just experience.

As the day winds down, head back to your retreat where the experience continues. Soak in the private hot tub, fire up the grill, or gather around the fire pit under the trees as the evening sets in. Inside, warm wood accents and inviting spaces create the perfect setting for game nights, shared meals, and reconnecting after full days out. The layout is designed for real comfort—with cozy sleeping spaces, including a bunk room that's always a favorite.

A quick reminder to help ensure a smooth stay:
- Please do not unplug the door panel. Doing so will limit your access to the home, and a team member will need to be dispatched to restore the connection. This will result in a service fee.
- The router should only be unplugged for a quick reset—anything beyond that can interrupt systems and will also require in-person support and a service fee.
- Please do not rearrange the furniture. We aim to keep the home consistent with its listing photos for every guest. If something isn't working for your group, feel free to reach out—we're happy to help. Moving furniture back will also incur an additional fee.
