You'll find two Queen bedrooms upstairs on the 2nd floor with a 1/2 bath.
On the main floor is "Phippeny Cabin", a cute Kids themed room/ sleeping nook with 2 twins next to a full bathroom. You'll also find the living room with smart tv, full kitchen and 2 dining areas here on the main floor as well.
The lower floor has a 2nd living room with smart TV and laundry. You will also find a game room with arcade games and private office space!
Back porch will store all your outdoor items, and you are welcome to use all of our lake gear out there! The fenced backyard has the kid's playhouse and jungle gym. Enjoy outdoor eating and visiting on patio with charcoal grill and relaxing hot tub. This beautiful historic craftsman was built in 1930 by G.O. Phippeny. He was principal at Coeur d'Alene High School and the park next door is named after him. This home has original windows, doors & hardwoods. There are also original staircases to the upstairs bedrooms and to the lower level. Please use caution when going up or down the stairs. Watch young children and use at your own risk.
