As the season changes, all outdoor cushions and furniture have been put away for the season.
BBQs have been left available for your use. After using the BBQ, please allow it to cool completely before replacing the cover to help prevent weather-related damage.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a canceled reservation, the client acknowledges and agrees to pay a credit card processing cancellation fee equivalent to 4% of the total reservation amount. This fee will be charged to the client's credit card used for the initial booking and will be deducted from any refund issued.
